MORRISON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., started in 1987, working primarily as a concrete contractor until 2002. In March of 2000, we signed an agreement with USG to place their underlayments, licensed to serve Northern California, from Bakersfield to the Oregon border excluding North & South Lake Tahoe. In October of 2004, USG named MORRISON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a USG LEVELROCK ™ Five-Star Applicator for providing outstanding quality and service (one of eight in the United States). In March of 2005, we created the Flatline Floors™ division to reflect our commitment to underlayment applications. Flatline Floors™ has developed state-of-the-art equipment and utilizes a unique floor setup process to ensure the flattest floors possible. The setup process is more time consuming than conventional methods, but the finished product reflects a higher quality. Our company is also dedicated to meet your schedule through continuous communication with your project managers. We are the only gypsum flooring contractor in Northern California that specializes in radiant heat applications for custom homes. Our crew is presentable, and will leave the job as clean, if not cleaner than it was when we arrived.
